4. Intellectual Property

Images generated through the Service are created by AI based on your prompts. You are granted a license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws. You retain ownership of your prompts. We do not claim ownership of your generated images, but we may use them to improve our service unless you opt out.

5. Credits and Payments

Certain features require credits. Credits may be obtained through free allocation upon registration or by purchasing credit packages. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
